Share what we post. Don't make your own Carla, and don't use her to sell anything without a signed deal.

1. Who we are and what this covers

This notice is issued by the creators known professionally as Carla Bitcoin and Walker America (together, "we" or "us"). We work publicly under professional names. Our legal identities are on file with our counsel and will be confirmed to a court, platform or licensee whenever that is needed to license or enforce these rights. It applies to carlabotcoin.com, to @carlabotcoin on X and YouTube, and to every Official Work wherever it appears.

2. What you may do: share our work

We want Official Works shared. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free and revocable permission to:

This permission only applies if you:

  1. Keep it unaltered. No editing that changes what it shows or says: no face-swaps, voice dubbing, AI extension or upscaling with changes, inpainting, splicing or re-captioning that changes its meaning. Ordinary platform resizing and compression are fine.
  2. Keep the credit and the labels. Don't remove watermarks, credits, AI-generated labels or content-credential (C2PA) metadata.
  3. Keep it honest. Don't present an Official Work as a real photograph or recording of Carla Bitcoin, as a real event, or as anything other than AI-made.
  4. Don't imply endorsement. Don't suggest Carla endorses you, your product, your cause or your opinions.
  5. Keep it out of harmful contexts. No sexual or pornographic settings, harassment, hate, defamation, political campaigning, scams or anything illegal.
  6. Keep it non-commercial. Ordinary posts on your own account are fine even if the platform pays you for engagement. Ads, sponsored posts, paid products, compilations and full re-uploads to other channels made to earn money are not. Share the link or embed instead of re-uploading our videos.

We can withdraw this permission for any particular use, at any time, by asking you to take it down.

3. What no one may do without Carla's written consent

Carla has consented to her AI likeness being made only by us, only for Official Works. No one else is authorized to create or use her likeness. Without Carla's explicit prior written consent, you may not:

  1. Generate her. Make new images, video, audio, music or text that depict or imitate Carla Bitcoin or Carla Botcoin, with AI Tools or any other method. This includes prompts that name her, reference images of her, or "in the style of Carla Botcoin".
  2. Clone her voice. Synthesize, clone or imitate her speaking or singing voice, or make a sound-alike.
  3. Alter our work. Face-swap, deepfake, morph, animate, lip-sync, extend, inpaint, outpaint or remix any Official Work.
  4. Model her. Create, share or sell character models, LoRAs, face IDs, embeddings, avatars, voice models or "consistent character" presets of her.
  5. Impersonate her. Run accounts, chatbots, AI companions, livestreams, calls or messages that pose as Carla Bitcoin or Carla Botcoin.
  6. Sexualize her. Make or share nude, intimate or sexually explicit content of her, however it is labelled.
  7. Use her for causes or schemes. Use her in political ads or fundraising, or in scams, fraud, phishing, coin or token launches, giveaways or financial promotions.
  8. Take her name. Register domains, usernames, business names or trademarks that use "Carla Botcoin", "Carla Bitcoin" or anything confusingly similar.
  9. Strip the labels. Remove or falsify AI labels, credits or provenance data on any Official Work.

What counts as consent. Consent must be in writing, signed by Carla personally, and specific to the use. It is never implied by silence, by a work being public, by tagging us, by payment, by our reposting your work, or by consent given to someone else.

Your other rights. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you, such as fair use, commentary or parody. Those rights are narrow. They do not cover realistic replicas that could be mistaken for her, or using her to sell things.

4. No AI training, datasets or scraping

No one may use Official Works, the content of carlabotcoin.com, or Carla's likeness to train, fine-tune, evaluate or condition any AI model. That includes building datasets, embeddings, or face or voice recognition templates.

5. Commercial use needs a signed agreement

Any Commercial Use of the likeness of Carla Bitcoin or Carla Botcoin, or of any Official Work, needs a written license agreement signed by Carla before the use begins.

No DM, email, verbal promise or online checkout creates a license. Only a signed agreement does, and it covers only the uses, term and territory it names.

Notice to platforms and hosts. This is actual notice that Carla has not consented to any replica of her likeness other than Official Works. Any other AI-generated depiction of her is unauthorized unless the person posting it can show her signed consent.

What we may do. We may ask you to remove the material, file takedown requests with platforms, and take legal action, including:
